The hotel had beautiful, spacious rooms with lovely décor and all the necessary amenities including a pod coffee machine. However, my stay was unfortunately cut short due to encountering an infestation of cockroaches, leading me to leave at 2 in the morning. A disappointing experience that made it feel like a waste of money.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable for me and my partner, although there was a slight smell of cigarette. The service was excellent from the moment we checked in until we checked out, and they promptly swapped our room when needed. The location was great with lots of eateries and activities to do around. However, the dining experience lacked some options, particularly without vegemite toast. Overall, it was a good stay with some minor drawbacks.

The service was great from the moment we checked in until we checked out. They even used hand signs to communicate before I could say a word. However, while service plays a big part in the business, there were some slight disappointments. They did swap the room for us immediately when needed.

The location was great with lots of eateries and activities to do around. It was amazing, especially being close to everything such as shops, restaurants, the ferry, and train stations. The hotel is also just over the bridge from the Riverside Theatre and a short stroll away from the ferry wharf, making it nearer to Sydney Harbor.
